Our hiring process has 4 parts (thorough, we know) and they take place over phone or Zoom.
1. Talent team interview: An overview of your experience and an intro to working at nate. Just the basics.
2. Hiring Manager interview: A deep dive into your experience, plus the position and team you’d be joining.
3.Team interview: A take-home challenge or case study to get an idea of your skills and experience, followed by a 1:1 or panel interview depending on the role and team.
4. Life at nate interview: A conversation about the vibes at nate so both you and our team can determine if it’s a good fit.
Good question. nate’s hiring process takes about 2 to 4 weeks from application to offer, but it depends on the seniority of the position.
Yep, you can. But we recommend sticking to just one. If we think you’d be better for a different position, we’ll let you know during the application process.
You’ll have the option to tell us your pronouns when you apply. And we’ll double check with you during the Talent Team interview.
nate is all about good vibes and getting stuff done. Working together in-person is a big part of that. So you can expect to come into the office regularly. At the same time, we don’t force people to come in at set times or days. We trust you to manage your schedule and to work with your manager to figure out what’s best.
