nate is looking for our first Recruiting hire!  We’re growing rapidly and looking for someone to help us attract the best talent. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our Leadership Team, lead all hiring initiatives, and build our Talent function from the ground up.


We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about hiring, but is driven by a desire to build a company which balances operational excellence with a welcoming and inclusive employee culture.

  • Identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing Talent team

about you

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions
  • Experience working in startups or high growth environments
  • Demonstrated success direct-sourcing and closing top talent
  • Strong knowledge of a web-based ATS, preferably Lever
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
