about the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and empathetic People Partner to join our team at nate! This person will own the onboarding process, manage HR initiatives, and help facilitate the systematic growth of all HR processes as nate scales for the moon. They will help oversee the NYC and London employee base and contribute to the amazing culture at each. This person will work with leadership closely to continue to make nate a great place to work!

what you’ll do:

  • Manage our employees’ full lifecycle, beginning with best-in-class onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employees to resolve inquiries and issues related to payroll, benefits and company policies with warmth, attention to detail and great internal customer service
  • Oversee the performance review process
  • Research key benefits to keep nate’s offerings up to date and competitive
  • Create new policies as nate scales to ensure we are covering all of the bases
  • Administer engagement surveys capturing frequent feedback from our team
  • Provide data and insights to our Leadership team that ensures we’re making the smartest people decisions while moving at lightspeed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with our PEO (Justworks) & Payfit
  • Maintain employee records on Rippling, Justworks and other People systems

about you

  • 3+ years’ experience in People Operations / HR
  • Prior experience building scalable infrastructure in a rapidly scaling organization
  • Strong domain expertise: knowledgeable on employment law matters, immigration, benefits, and compliance & policy management
