Operations Associate (part-time)


about the role

As we continue to rapidly scale, nate is looking to hire a Overnight Customer Operations Associate to join our London team. This role will be part of the Finance & Operations team ensuring that our users always have a seamless & positive experience using nate.  In order to support our customers across the US (and eventually globally), this role requires an overnight schedule. We are flexible and can work with you in regards to days of the week this person needs to be operational. This is a part-time position.

what you'll do:

  • Support the Operations Lead in driving operational improvements & mitigating risk
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Payment Ops, Data Science, Engineering and other teams to escalate issues
  • Monitor & help improve our processes, internal tools and operational dashboards
