We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with questions they have when using our product.


Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer questions, recommending solutions and guiding customers through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust. We put a high bar on the quality of our customer support, and we are looking for someone who will take that responsibility very seriously.

  • Answer customers questions in a timely manner over chat messaging
  • Help customers use features and teach them about new features and functionalities
  • Escalate issues that require further assistance
  • Monitor trends in customer questions and assist data collecting for customer support

about you

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support, big plus if also in chat messaging
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a kind and patient manner
  • Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours & U.S. holidays
